Ng Wei Wei

CEO of UOB Malaysia







Coming into the role earlier this year, Ng Wei Wei has been heralded for being UOB Malaysia’s first female CEO in 80 years. With more than 25 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of the financial industry, Ng found herself as a leader early in her career as a VP in corporate banking at UOB from 2000 to 2006.


She then moved on to take on various leadership roles, working in global institutions including Standard Chartered Bank in Kuala Lumpur and HSBC in Malaysia and Hong Kong, covering 10 countries across APAC. She finally made her way back home to UOB in 2019, assuming the position of managing director and country head of wholesale banking, before assuming the role of deputy CEO in 2021, where she was a driving force for the institution’s growth until now.







Mac Chung Lynn

Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of Nando’s Malaysia and Singapore







Mac Chung Lynn takes lead as the leading women behind the rise of the Nando’s Malaysia and Singapore, responsible for driving the business strategies. After achieving her professional qualifications in architecture from the UK, she took up the challenge of running the business, a joint venture partnership between her family and Nando’s Resources Ltd, the master franchisee of the South African based chain of Nando’s restaurants.


Under her direction and guidance, Nando’s has expanded to 75 restaurants throughout Malaysia and 10 restaurants in Singapore, becoming a household name and clinching numerous awards such as Gold & Bronze Effie Awards in 2011 and 2012 respectively and “Bronze People’s Choice” award at the 2014 Putra Brand Awards.








Puan Sri Tiara Jacquelina

A leading lady in front and behind of the camera, Puan Sri Tiara Jacquelina needs no introduction. As one of the nation's most illustrious performing arts figures, her claim to fame came in the form of her role in Puteri Gunung Ledang, and since then, she has dipped her toes in all aspects on the local entertainment industry as an actress, film producer, musical theater producer, singer.


This love for showbiz sees her expand her multifaceted reputation to include being the founder of Enfiniti (M) Berhad, of which she is known as its Chief Dream Maker, a title fitting of what the company is all about. Encompassing different areas of entertainment, the business has since expanded to be the Enfiniti Creative universe, housing other brands touching upon dream escapes, performing arts training, immersive concepts and events.








Tan Hooi Ling

Co-Founder and Director of Grab Holdings Inc.






One half of the founding team that brought the world Grab, Hooi Ling Tan leads the critical pillars of the unicorn’s operations, including corporate strategy, technology, user experience and people operations as its Chief Operating Officer.


A Master of Business Administration graduate from Harvard Business School, the Singapore-based Malaysian has been attached to Salesforce in San Francisco, in charge of high priority strategic and operational projects, and McKinsey & Company, advising global corporations in Southeast Asia, North America, Latin America and Australia on corporate strategy and operations, before joining Grab fully in 2015.








Dr Jezamine Lim Iskander

A paradigm of brains and beauty, Dr Jezamine Lim Iskander is a leading lady in Stem Cell and Tissue engineering. Armed with a keen interest in promoting stem cell therapy and regenerative medicine, she’s the first women to attain a PhD in the field from the National University of Malaysia and has published 3 research articles in reputable scientific journals and presented in over 10 major scientific events.


Aside from her medical pursuits, Dr Jezamine is also known for her passion for the healing effects of laughter. Along with her husband, renowned comedian Harith Iskander, the pair founded The Joke Factory, a premier live stand-up comedy venue in Malaysia. She is also co-founder of The Hope Branch, an NGO dedicated to the assistance of grocery care packs and providing hot meals to the underprivileged and homeless.







Raja Teh Maimunah Raja Abdul Aziz

CEO of Aeon Credit Service Bhd Digital Bank






Raja Teh Maimunah has accumulated over 25 years of financial services experience, particularly in Islamic, Investment Banking, Wholesale and Digital Banking. Her pursuits in the industry have led her to take on a multitude of senior roles in various financial institutions including Hong Leong Islamic Bank, Kuwait Finance House Malaysia and HB Investment Bank. She was most recently named the CEO of Aeon Credit Service’s upcoming digital bank following her departure from Wholesale Banking at AmBank Group as its managing director.


When she’s not leading financial establishments, Raja Teh Maimunah stays busy as a board member for Malaysia’s Public Pension Fund and adviser on Islamic Banking and Finance to the World Islamic Economic Forum Foundation. Her social endeavors also include being a committee member of Pertubuhan Tindakan Wanita Islam (PERTIWI) and social enterprise Picha Eats.







Joanne Kua

Group CEO and Managing Director of KSK Group Berhad






KSK Group has been one of the foremost property developers in Malaysia for years now, and at its helm is Joanne Kua. Early in her career, she worked at Munich Reinsurance Company and London’s Deutsche Bank, where she honed her skills in risk management.


Upon returning to Malaysia, she spent some time in Kurnia Insurans (M) Bhd as a risk adviser before being promoted to Group CEO of Kurnia Asia, now known as KSK Group, leading its privatisation in 2013 and being named Managing Director a year later.


Her crowning achievement, 8 Conlay, is a triple-tower Kempinski hotel and branded residences, an example of her mission to drive the company towards becoming a future-forward player in the real estate ecosystem. She is also co-founder of KSK City Labs, an in-house software engineering & data science team that utilizes digital platforms and AI to create seamless experiences for their customers.








Rafiza Ghazali

With over 26 years of experience in finance, audit, investment, strategy and business development, Rafiza Ghazali brings her wealth of knowledge to her role as the Group Chief Executive Officer of Cradle Fund Sdn Bhd, and now, KAF Investment Bank’s Director of Digital Banking and CEO.


Having built a reputation in the digital economy spectrum, she is in the unique position of spearheading the digital bank’s innovative journey as a conducive open-banking platform-based ecosystem to its customers and partners; a skill she acquired from having served in a multitude of senior roles for several industry leading-companies. She has been linked to RHB Investment Bank as its Chief Financial Officer, Bank Negara Malaysia, Cagamas Berhad, and Head of Group Strategy and Innovation at Sime Darby Berhad.








Boo Hui Yee

Honing more than 25 years’ experience across various disciplines in finance, Boo Hui Yee is in charge of effective risk management and strategic financial planning of Malaysia Aviation Group, having been with the airlines for over 13 years. Before becoming GCFO, she had a hand in leading the Planning and Performance Management department where she oversaw the group’s planning, tax planning & compliance, management reporting and statutory reporting.


Prior to joining Malaysia Airlines, Boo was with Vsource Ltd, a BPO company, as a Senior Solution Manager. She also spent 14 years in Singapore, working in various accounting and finance roles in various industries.



Datin Mina Cheah Kim Choo

Managing Director of InNature Berhad


The Body Shop would not be where it is today if not for Datin Mina Cheah. Honing more than 30 years in the cosmetics and toiletries industry, she has been instrumental in driving the Group’s strategic vision and growth strategies.


A venture started after spending some time at Hewlett Packard as a systems engineer, the franchise has since grown from a single humble store to a multi-million-ringgit business, where Datin Mina has continued to champion the brand’s core values of shedding light on the importance of the environment, human rights and women’s rights.


In 2014, Datin Mina was named as one of Forbes’ ‘Heroes of Philanthropy’ and her contributions to the Malaysian AIDS Foundation were awarded at the Malaysian AIDS Foundation Tun Dr Siti Hasmah Award 2018.
