Evon Yap, EcoWorld's divisional general manager, expressed excitement about the launch, highlighting Se.duduk D’ Kajang's potential to rejuvenate the Kajang area with its lifestyle amenities and offerings. The sales gallery, designed with sustainability in mind, will later be repurposed into a commercial space for Se.duduk D’ Kajang residents, aligning with EcoWorld's commitment to environmental responsibility.

The event saw the presence of EcoWorld's executive chairman, Tan Sri Datuk Sri Liew Kee Sin, and president/CEO, Datuk Chang Khim Wah, underlining the company's dedication to excellence and innovation in urban development.

Chang emphasised EcoWorld's vision for duduk projects as accessible yet aspirational living spaces that enhance lifestyles without compromising affordability. Se.duduk D’ Kajang, in particular, embodies EcoWorld's values of innovation and sustainability, setting a new benchmark for vertical living in Malaysia.

The occasion also marked the commencement of two significant partnerships: one with EFS Revision Energy Sdn Bhd for solar panel installation and renewable energy solutions, and another with Chef Kecik, a local cafe, to enhance the community experience at Se.duduk D’ Kajang.

Looking ahead, plans are underway to introduce a range of commercial offerings at Se.duduk, including F&B outlets, grocery stores, pharmacies, healthcare facilities, kindergartens, and home appliances & hardware stores. The focus initially will be on bringing in more F&B options and a grocery store to meet the immediate needs of residents.
