DELAWARE: The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission, together with experiential learning service provider KNOLSKAPE, secured the Gold Award at the prestigious Brandon Hall Group Technology Excellence Awards 2023 for their groundbreaking 'All-Star Development Program.'
