With more than 25 years of experience spanning across various disciplines, including sales,
consulting, practice development and business growth, Rahul’s versatility and vision will lead
Searce towards the forefront of the industry within the region. His expertise in Cloud, Data, AI,
IT, Operating Model shift and other digital technologies will enable technology-led
transformation for Searce’s partners.
Rahul is recognised within the industry as a reputable individual who has been invited as a
guest speaker at many forums. Furthermore, he had the unique privilege of presenting one of
the 15 co-authored articles, sponsored by FICCI-KAS, to the Indian Prime Minister’s Office.
Rahul comes with rich experience and industry expertise having worked on several
multi-million dollar digital transformation initiatives across multiple regions including Asia
Pacific, India, the Middle East and Africa.
As such, with Rahul as Searce’s latest senior leader, the company is excited to leverage the
experience and knowledge he has garnered throughout his career to bolster the company’s
growth within the JAPAC region.

in the Asia Pacific area (excluding China) increased by 35% to US$8.7 billion in Q2 2022,
