Zurich Malaysia has entered a new age of its organization with the appointment of Shamsul Azman as the new acting CEO of Zurich General Takaful Malaysia Bhd (ZGTMB), one of Zurich Malaysia’s Shariah-compliant entities, with immediate effect.
A graduate in accountancy with around 30 years of experience in the insurance and takaful industry, he is a veteran skilled in the areas of distribution, broking, bancassurance, underwriting, and claims.
Mr, Azman will report to Zurich Malaysia’s Country Head, Junior Cho, who expressed confidence in Mr. Azman’s extensive industry experience and expertise will prove instrumental in ushering in the next wave of innovation and sustainable growth for our General Takaful business.
